WHAT ARE BEARINGS - Bearings are "parts that assist objects' rotation bearings assist the shaft that rotates inside the machinery smoothly.
Bearings are used in automobiles, airplanes, electric generators and so on. Also used in household appliances.The function of the Bearings is to rotating shafts of the wheels, gears, turbines, rotors, etc. in those machines, allowing them to rotate more smoothly.. The function of the bearings is to reduce friction, make rotation smoother and to protect the part that supports the rotation, and maintain the correct position for the rotating shaft.

WHAT ARE TAPER BEARINGS AND ITS FUNCTIONS – Tapered roller bearings supports axial forces, as well as radial forces. The taper bearings consist of Cone, Cup, Cage and Rollers.
Tapered roller bearings are made up of cone assembly and a cup. The cone assembly consists of the inner ring, the rollers, and a cage that retains and evenly spaces the rollers. The cup is simply the outer ring. Internal clearance is established during mounting by the axial position of the cone relative to the cup, although preloaded installations without clearance are common.
IMB -Cylindrical Roller Bearings – As name suggest the rollers are in cylindrical in shape. This bearings are design for heavy machinery and equipment. This bearings can support heavy radial load. The linear contact area with outer rings, helps distributing load on broader area or surface.

DAC BEARINGS ARE SET OR PAIR OF STEEL BALLS OR ROLLERS HELD TOGETHER BY A METAL RING, ALSO KNOW AS A RACE, THE DAC BEARINGS ARE INSIDE WHEEL HUB, ALOWING THE WHEELS TO ROTATE SMOOTHLY WHILE SUPPORTING THE VEHICLE’S WEIGHT AND ABSORB THE FORCE FROM THE ROAD. TYPES OF DAC BEARING - DAC-2RS, DAC-ZZ AND DAC WITH ABS CENSOR. DAC BEARINGS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE  WITHOUT SEAL.

DAC BEARING WITH ABS- ANTI LOCK BREAKING SYSTEM IS CALLED ABS. FUNCTION OF ABS IN THE CAR IS TO PREVENT THE WHEEL FROM LOCKING AND SKIDDING WHEN THE BRAKES ARE SUDDENLY APPLIED WITH FORCE, ESPECIALLY ON SLIPPERY ROADS. IT HELPS KEEP DRIVER IN CONTROL OF STEERING AND VEHICLE FROM SKIDDING.

DAC – 2RS MEANS TWO RUBBER SEAL ON THE BOTH SIDE, RS IS THE BEARING CODE FOR RUBBER SEAL IN THE BEARING. 2RS MEANS RUBBER SEAL ON BOTH SIDES. . IT FUNCTION IS TO STOP LEAKING OF GREASE AND KEEP OUT THE DUST, DIRT AND DEBRIS.

 

IMB- DAC- ZZ, IS THE DOUBLE ROW CONTACT BALL BEARING.THE METAL SHEET IS PRESSED INTO THE OUTER RING OF THE BEARING, IT IS NON REMOVABLE METAL SHEET ON BOTH SIDE. IT FUNCTION IS TO STOP LEAKING OF GREASE AND KEEP OUT THE DUST, DIRT AND DEBRIS.

 

 

IMB- DU BEARINGS – DU BEARINGS CAN BE IN SINGLE OR DOUBLE ROW TAPER BEARING FOR E.G 30315 DU IS SINGLE ROW TAPER BEARING. DU BEARINGS ARE RIGID AND HAVE HIGH LOAD CAPACITY, WHICH MAKES THEM SUITABLE FOR HEAVY RADIAL AND AXIAL LOADS. THIS BEARINGS ARE USED IN automotive industry and heavy engineering, The inner and outer rings and rollers are tapered, and the raceways converge at a single point on the bearing axis.
