CLUTCH RELEASE BEARING- Also known as thrust bearing or throw out bearing. It is the part of the system that separates the clutch disc and clutch when the clutch pedal is pressed. Working – When the clutch pedal is pressed, the bearing moves inwards, which applies the pressure to the pressure plate. This disengages the clutch disc from the flywheel.
